AM Running
You already know that feeling. Running alone in a city that doesn’t quite feel like home yet, passing groups of runners who all seem to know exactly where they belong, and wondering if everyone else is judging you.
That’s how it all started. Our founder moved to Milan knowing very few people and found the running scene fast-paced and rather closed off. So he created the club he wished he had found: open, welcoming, and easy to join even if you show up on your own.
AM stands for Average Mile, because we believe you are the average of what you put in. Every run. Every day. Every small decision. Neither your best day nor your worst defines you. What makes the difference are the miles you keep showing up for, consistently. And that means there’s no pace you need to run to earn your place here.
We run together every Sunday, split into two groups so that no one gets left behind. Afterwards, we stop for coffee and almost always end up staying longer than planned. People show up alone and leave with new friends. It happens almost every week. Once a month, we organise bigger events with different formats, which our members have been really enjoying.
We started with just one person standing at an empty meeting point. Today, we’re a thriving community of runners, many of whom had just moved to the city and found their people on a Sunday morning run.
If you’ve ever found yourself on the sidelines of a run club because you were too nervous to join the group, this is the place for you. Come as you are. You won’t leave alone.
Flow
Flow was born in June 2025 from a simple idea: to inspire people to get into sport by sharing training moments, making them feel lighter and more enjoyable, while helping everyone find new motivation and pursue their own goals.
Our aim is to encourage our community to step outside their comfort zone, creating a space where running and training become a positive outlet, especially after a long day at work or university. That’s why we chose ESCAPE THE ORDINARY as our official motto: it perfectly captures the essence of Flow.
Another one of our goals is to become a real point of reference for our community by leading by example. We promote and take part in races such as 10Ks, half marathons, marathons and HYROX events, encouraging people to challenge themselves, set new goals and make a commitment to themselves.
The spark came from the passion we both share for running and our constant desire to improve. It all started while Lorenzo, one of the founders, was training for one of his first HYROX events and regularly sharing his Strava running times on Instagram Stories. More and more people started messaging him asking if they could join his training sessions. Christian, the other founder, was one of them.
That simple request soon turned into a shared idea: to create something that went beyond running together. Driven by the same vision of building a place for people who wanted to run together and become part of a growing community, we decided to turn that spontaneous enthusiasm into a project of our own and founded the run club together.
From there came the idea of making Piazza d’Armi in Turin a true meeting point for runners: a place that already had that spirit to some extent, but that we wanted to take to another level.
Turin is where it all began. It represents our past and our present, and we strongly believe it can play an important role in our future too. It’s a unique city, one that quickly adapts to change and has so much to offer if you’re willing to give it a chance. Through Flow, we want to do our part in making Turin an increasingly active, vibrant and energetic city.
Day after day, we realise just how powerful running together can be, not only when it comes to training, but also in people’s social lives.
At the beginning, our goal was to inspire those who already loved running, as well as those who simply wanted to give it a try. Over time, however, we realised that the process had almost turned the other way around: we were the ones who found people capable of inspiring and motivating us every single time, at every social run, every long run, every training session in the rain and every weekend workout.
Glow on the go
Glow On The Go is a space where running is the starting point, but it’s not the only thing that matters.
Here, you’ll find energy, positivity and a real sense of belonging to a genuine community of women.
It’s not just about performance. It’s about how you feel while you run and who you share the experience with.
It’s a way to make time for yourself, get to know yourself better and build authentic connections, both within the community and with others beyond it.
Everyone runs at their own pace.
We organise our training sessions to be inclusive and we always support one another. No one is ever left behind.
The goal isn’t to run faster. It’s to feel comfortable, enjoy the experience and want to come back.

HARD Run Club
HARD ®UN CLUB
It’s a community of people who live life in HARD mode.
People who run to become better than they were yesterday.
Not to prove anything, but to evolve.
EVERY PACE IS HARD
HARD ®UN CLUB is more than just a group of people who run.
It’s a community that lives life in HARD mode.
We don’t run to prove anything to anyone.
We run to become better than we were yesterday.
Every step is a challenge against ourselves,
a conversation between the mind that wants to stop and the heart that keeps pushing forward.
We believe in real effort, the kind you don’t show, but you feel.
We believe in sweat, consistency and discipline.
Because every run tells a story of growth, not ego.
There are no times to beat here,
only limits to overcome.
There is no competition,
only transformation.
Every step feels heavy,
every breath burns,
every kilometre counts.
EVERY PACE IS HARD.
MB Runners
“Six years ago, we started running with a simple dream: to help more people discover the beauty of running and being together.
Today, we’re a community that meets five times a week, for running and power walking, with one shared goal: to move together, each at their own pace.
Because it doesn’t matter how fast you run, how many kilometres you cover or where you start from. What matters is having someone to share the next step with.
MB Runners. A philosophy built around people, the road and the desire to show up and be part of it.”
Mensana Run Club
Mensana Run Club is a community for those who love running, sharing experiences and pushing beyond their limits.
Every training session is an opportunity to grow together, build authentic connections and turn running into an experience filled with energy, motivation and fun. From your first kilometres to your biggest challenges, our goal is simple: to make every runner feel part of something bigger.
Run together. Grow together.
Merlata Run Crew
Merlata Run Crew is a young running crew, founded in April 2026, but it has already built a strong sense of community and a positive atmosphere that brings together beginners and experienced runners alike.
The sessions are led by Emilio Mori, a FIDAL-certified coach, who focuses on running technique, strength and coordination. These high-quality training sessions are the perfect complement to easy runs and endurance training.
The project was conceived and launched by the Merlata Bloom Milano shopping centre and has received the official endorsement of FIDAL Lombardia, thanks to the involvement of a FIDAL coach and the project’s strong educational approach.
Training sessions start from the shopping centre, specifically at the entrance of Game7Athletics, the crew’s technical partner, and take place entirely in the green surroundings of Cascina Merlata Park.
Naviglio Run Club
Naviglio Run Club is a community born along the Naviglio, between Milan and its surrounding area, from a simple idea: to turn running into something that truly brings people together.
We weren’t created to chase the perfect time or pursue performance at all costs. We believe that movement can create genuine connections, change the way people experience their local area and make everyone feel part of a group. That’s why hundreds of people join us every week to run, but what happens goes far beyond running. Some show up after a tough day and go home feeling lighter. Some run to improve, while others come to meet new people.
Our format is intentionally simple: 20 minutes out, 20 minutes back. We start together and we finish together. No one gets left behind. At the starting point, you’ll find someone running at 4:30 per kilometre alongside someone who bought their first pair of running shoes just the week before, and neither feels out of place. Because for us, running isn’t a competition. It’s shared energy.
Naviglio Run Club doesn’t simply want to be a running club. We want to be a movement, a place where performance and human connection can run side by side. We strongly believe that today people aren’t just looking for an event to sign up for, but for values they can identify with. That’s why we feel such a strong connection with the Wizz Air Milano Marathon and its vision of an entire city coming together to run.
We can’t wait to build something that leaves a lasting mark on the people who take part in the event and on the local community.
OEL Club
OEL Club is a run club founded in Bologna in 2024 inside La Ferramenta, a carefully curated clothing store in the heart of the city. The club draws its identity from this unique setting, blending running with culture and style.
Every Tuesday at 7:00 PM, the community meets for its weekly run, with five different pace groups identified by the colour of the lightsabers carried by the pacers. From 5 km at a 6:30 min/km pace to 9 km at 4:45 min/km, there’s room for everyone.
There’s no need to register: just show up and be ready to get involved.
Today, the club welcomes over 200 runners every week, with a community made up mainly of Italian and international university students. For them, running is not just about sport, but also a way to meet new people, build connections and experience this wonderful city together.
Outrunclub
Outrunclub was born from the shared passion for running of two friends, Renato and Nicolò. We started out running on our own, but soon realised that we wanted to share our enthusiasm with friends and people around us. It was amazing to see how many people started running by joining the group. Today, one year after Outrunclub’s very first training session, here we are getting ready for the Milano Marathon.
Every Wednesday evening, we run in Cantù, in the province of Como. Alongside our weekly runs, we organise a variety of activities and events for our community, including track workouts, yoga sessions for runners, mountain runs, social runs and opportunities to spend time together, such as dinners and aperitifs open to everyone.
At Outrunclub, we believe in the power of running to create connections, friendships and relationships that go far beyond performance and the stopwatch, allowing our community to keep growing together. For us, running is first and foremost a way to feel good together, share experiences and build genuine connections along the way.
Pole Run Club
Pole Run Club was founded in Padua as a community open to anyone who wanted to run and share their passion for the sport.
In a short time, we have grown significantly, focusing from the very beginning on group training, inclusivity and creating a space for runners of all levels, from those taking their first steps to those tackling more challenging distances and paces.
Today, we have become an Amateur Sports Association, and thanks to the incredibly positive response we have received, we continue to grow with the goal of offering our community even more training sessions, initiatives and events.
Social Wellness Run Club
“The SWRC project was born in 2025 from a group of friends from East Milan with one goal: to help as many people as possible achieve a state of wellness. SWRC presents itself as a Run Club, but it is much more than that. It is community, belonging and connection. Being part of SWRC means being part of a family.
Social Wellness Run Club, where running meets culture”
Weply Run Club
Weply Run Club is the official run club of Weply, the platform where athletes can buy high-quality, second-hand ski and cycling equipment tailored to their needs.
Our goal has always been, and always will be, the same: to make sport more sustainable and accessible to everyone.
Driven by this goal and by the belief that sport is even better when shared, we decided to create a run club. For over a year now, the club has been bringing runners together in Brianza, with more than 200 runs and special events organised so far.
What makes Weply Run Club unique are its three weekly meet-ups: Mondays in Seregno, Thursdays in Mariano Comense/Seregno and Saturdays at Monza Park. These regular sessions give anyone who wants to run, or simply start running, the opportunity to do so for free, consistently and, above all, in a friendly and welcoming environment open to everyone.
