The Family Run 2026 is the race scheduled for Saturday, April 11, at 9:00 a.m. The Family Run is the evolution of the School Marathon, which has always been organized in collaboration with OPES (Organization for Sports Education), which in 7 years has registered the participation of more than 62 thousand participants, including over 8,000 in 2025.
Starting this year, the event opens up to families, allowing participation to anyone who wants to experience a day of fun and sports.
How much does it cost?
The registration price is 10 euros and includes: commemorative medal, jersey and race packet for those written under 14 years, race packet and jersey for those registered over 14 years.
Group registrations
For groups of at least 3 people who decide to participate in the Family Run, there is a reduction on the purchase price of 1€ per participant.

Also this year, in order to give concrete help to the development and dissemination of sports practice and values, half of the registration fee will be returned to the selected school at the time of registration, in the form of materials in the form of sports and school supplies, or donated to ATLETICA MENEGHINA to support the “ATLETICA INSIEME” project.
The Route
The Family Run will feature a renewed course for the 2025 edition. This fun run, open to children and adults of all ages, covers a 4-kilometre route that winds mainly through CityLife, starting from Via Arona (next to the Velodromo) and finishing inside the iconic Maspes-Vigorelli Velodrome, within the Family Run Village.
