A RUN WE CAN’T MISS—JOIN US! YOU TOO CAN HELP US WIN!
We want to send a message of closeness and support in facing fears and difficulties, so that young people no longer feel alone or inadequate.
OUR PROJECT
With the Milan Marathon 2026, we aim to bring this message even further and, above all, to launch a fundraising initiative to support:
- FREE psychological consultations for young people and their families
- Support groups and psychoeducation for family members
- Prevention initiatives in schools, for students and teachers, and in the community with trained professionals and volunteers
“THERE IS NO HEALTH WITHOUT MENTAL HEALTH” — We cannot give in to the deep distress that young people experience right before our eyes. We must act with listening, patience, care, and attention, reaching the places young people frequent.
PREVENTING DISTRESS AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE IS NECESSARY!
It is everyone’s responsibility. We cannot remain indifferent to the rising rates of youth suicide. TOGETHER, we can promote a culture of acceptance, inclusion, and listening, supporting those who experience distress in solitude, so they won’t feel ashamed to ask for help.
ASK FOR HELP, you are not alone! FEELING BETTER IS POSSIBLE!
This is the message we launched in 2023 with a musical event by young people, for young people, in collaboration with IED, and it is a message we want to continue keeping in the spotlight.
