FAQ Family Run

What is the Family Run?

The Family Run is a non‑competitive run/walk of approximately 4 km for children and teens, families, and their accompanying adults.

When and where will it take place?

In Milan, on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, starting from Via Arona. The route will pass through the CityLife district and will then finish inside the Maspes Vigorelli velodrome on Via Savonarola.

Start

The Family Run will start from Via Arona. Beginning at 9:00 AM, waves of approximately 300 participants will be released every 10 minutes. Each bib will indicate the recommended time to arrive at the start area, based on the assigned starting wave.

The official route

The run will take place mainly within CityLife, on a route that is completely closed to vehicle traffic.

Who can participate?

Participation in the Family Run is open to everyone, regardless of age. Each participant must be in good health, meaning they should not have any conditions that compromise their physical or mental well-being in daily life and that would prevent them from taking part in the event safely.

How much does the registration cost?

The registration fee is:

  • €10.00 per participant for individual registrations, both adults and children/teens.
  • €9.00 per participant for group registrations (from 3 people and up), both adults and children/teens.

For each paid registration where a school preference is correctly indicated, half of the fee will later be returned to the school.

The registration fee does not include the service charge.
