C’è Da Fare ETS
Non-Profit Association Supporting Young People
WHO WE ARE
C’è Da Fare, founded by Paolo Kessisoglu and Silvia Rocchi, is a non-profit organization actively committed to supporting projects for adolescents facing psychological and psychiatric difficulties. The association promotes solidarity and raises awareness about important and often overlooked issues.
C’è Da Fare is a recognized third-sector non-profit entity, registered in the RUNTS (Italian National Register of the Third Sector).
WHY WE SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE
Although a decline in the mental health of children and adolescents was already evident before 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic brought about a profound psychosocial shift. At the national level, data show a significant increase in emergency room admissions for psychiatric decompensation, including: Suicidal ideation (+147%), depression (+115%), eating disorders (+78.4%), psychosis (+17.2%), self-harm (+27%), social withdrawal (Hikikomori). This trend has also led to a rise in hospitalizations for severe cases (+39.5%).
WHAT WE DO
C’è Da Fare was created to complement the national healthcare system through projects offering psychological and neuropsychiatric support.
We raise funds by organizing sports, recreational, and cultural events, which are then allocated to hospitals, healthcare facilities, or third-party organizations capable of delivering effective care and support.
